My father was a policeman and for a time I dabbled at the idea of being in law enforcement myself.  I fancied the idea that I’ll catch thieves and burglars, keeping my neighborhood safe, and most of all; I really reveled at the idea of being a peace keeper.

At a young age I thought that being a policeman just means going to the sheriff and asking for a badge.  I never realized that it takes a lot of effort before you can become an officer of the law.
